Introducing Hopped Apricot! This is our newest cider and makes eight BCC ciders on tap. It’s a semi-dry, approachable cider for the beer lover. Hopricot is made using both Cascade and Citra hops, then back sweetened with pressed apricots. The result is a complex, unfiltered and delicious cider.

Brunch is back! Starting this Saturday (8/4) we’re transitioning back to brunch on the weekends! Our new weekend hours will be 10am-2pm (brunch), 2-5pm (snack) 5pm-close (dinner). We’ve put a lot of time and energy into crafting our new brunch menu and can’t wait to share it with everyone. As if brunch itself isn’t exciting enough, we’re going to have both build-your-own bloody mary and mimosa bars. Hope to see everyone this weekend for brunch! - Pictured is a teaser from the menu: Maple creme french toast with marsala thyme custard and toasted marshmallow. Paired with root vegetable hash and beet ginger glaze.
