Join us for our annual Fourth of July celebration on the patio at BCC! Enjoy sweeping views, locally crafted food and drinks, and the best vantage point of the fireworks in town. This year we have a specially curated menu that is detailed below. The event is reservations-only, so make sure you snag your spot before they fill up! Use the form below to submit your reservation request, we hope to see you there!

What’s included:

  • $35 per person for all ages ($15 deposit + $20 upon arrival)

  • Table size 1-8 people. (for parties larger than 8, please email manager@bellinghamcider.com)

  • Once you have filled out the form, you will be sent a link to pay the deposit. Once the deposit is paid, your table will be reserved.

  • Choice of one main dish, one side, and one dessert (additional food available for purchase)

  • Two cider tasters per person (over 21) or NA beverage included

  • Fireworks start between 10:15 - 10:30 PM. Please select your arrival time in the form below.

    NOTE: Reservations MUST be made through the form below and no-shows will still be charged.

Entrees

  • Cider-wurst Sausage Dog served on a bun with fennel mustard and cider-braised sauerkraut (can be made GF)

  • Vegetable Pasta (can be made vegan): English peas, pea shoots, morels, charred corn, pecorino, liaison sauce

  • Snake River Farms Burger: Cornichon aioli, arugula, Beechers cheddar, bacon (can be made GF)

  • Pork Chop GF: Smoked cinnamon sugar apple sauce

    Sides

  • Grilled green beans: Parmesan vinaigrette, gluten-free grana panado, chili flake, parmesan, grilled lemon

  • Stone fruit salad: Mixed greens, grilled peaches, goat cheese, walnuts, orange tarragon vinaigrette

  • Baby potatoes: Rendered pork belly, egg botarga, creme fraiche, fines herbes, finishing salts

  • Shishitos: Beef fat mayo, preserved lemon, togarashi

  • Truffle Fries

  • Vegan Coconut Pudding w/ compressed strawberries and pistachio granola

  • Tarragon cake rainier cherry cider curd and pink peppercorn whip, fresh mint
